Barbara Gallently was recently traveling when she noticed that United Airlines left a pet carrier with a dog in it sitting out in cold, rainy weather for over half an hour. She was extremely upset by such cruel behavior, so she tweeted out a picture of the unforgiving scene.
People all over started retweeting it. The tweet got to singer Sia, who retweeted it, bringing even more attention to the matter.
Eventually, United responded. They thanked Barbara for letting them know, but then they blamed PetSafe. PetSafe is responsible too, but the airline’s answer seems to have made things even worse. Don’t you agree?
